This circuit is more a composite video signal modulator than a VHF TV sender! It cannot modulate audio signal of the video and send Audio/Video to the receiver. It is designed for who wants to have the pictures of a camera installed in a robot or remote controlled vehicle for example. The range it can cover is about 100 meters with proper antenna.
The modulator section is designed to be able to operate on channels 7 to 13 or 14 to 29.
For channels 7 to 13, L1 and L2 are 3 turns of #22 wire wound on a 3/16 inch form. For channels 14 to 29, L1 and L2 are 2 turns of #22 wire wound on a 3/16 inch form.
